Card Control App

这款卡控应用是Elements手机银行应用的配套应用. 确保您之前已经是Elements移动应用程序的活跃用户 downloading the Card Control app. 使用卡控制应用程序不需要额外的登录凭据.

要开始使用卡控app，请完成以下步骤:

1. Log In to the Elements Mobile App

要首次访问卡控制，请登录您的Elements移动银行应用程序. In the left menu navigation, click on “Tools & Services” then “Card Control.”

You will see a popup window that says: “Warning. You will be redirected to the AppStore (or Google Play). Do you want to continue?” Click “Yes” to go to your device’s app store.

2. Download the Card Control App

下载免费的元素卡控制应用程序从您的移动设备在 Google Play or the Apple Store. The app icon looks like this:

3. Open the Card Control App

4. Sync Card Control with the Mobile App

Once you are back in the Mobile App, 点击“特色工具”，然后点击左侧菜单导航中的“卡片控制”. This action syncs the two apps. You have successfully set up Card Control!

5. Accessing the Card Control App

If facial or fingerprint recognition (for example, 在你的卡控制应用程序中启用了脸ID和Touch ID (iPhone), 然后你可以独立访问卡控制应用程序进行后续登录. No need to go through Online Banking.

• Transaction Types - 管理你的借记卡允许的交易类型. 使用事务类型控件允许或拒绝特定事务类型的事务, such as in-store, online, mail/phone order, auto pay, and ATM.

How to Set Card Control Alerts

1. 在“卡片控制”应用的打开界面，点击你想要设置提醒的卡片.
2. On the next screen, select “Controls & Alerts,” then “Alert Preferences.”
3. On the line that says “Send alerts for,，点击右侧的按钮(如果没有设置提醒，按钮将显示“None”)。.
4. If you’d like to receive alerts for all card transactions, choose “All Transactions” in the drop-down.
5. 要选择您想要接收的警报，请在下拉菜单中选择“Selected Transactions”. 然后点击你想要设置的警报类型(地点), Merchant Types, Transaction Types, or Spend Limits) and follow the prompts.
